Our design and engineering capabilities help turn requirements, existing concepts and early-stage ideas into manufacturable parts and assemblies. With the ability to work in multiple 3D design platforms, we can develop models, refine designs and produce prototypes before a job moves into production.

Because engineering and manufacturing work closely together, we can address fit, function, material and production considerations early in the process. That helps move projects from concept to a practical design that can be built, tested and refined in the shop.

SMART CNC Programming

Our SMART CNC programming capabilities support complex machining through advanced G-code, macro variables, conditional logic and in-machine probing. These tools allow programs to account for measurements and adjustments during the machining process instead of relying only on fixed instructions.

For the right applications, this gives us more flexibility in how complex parts are programmed and produced, particularly when a job requires probing, repeatable adjustments or more advanced machine logic.

Reverse Engineering

When an existing part needs to be reproduced but usable drawings or models are not available, we can work from the physical component itself. Using FARO arm measurement and CAD modeling, we capture the geometry needed to rebuild the part digitally.

From there, the model can be used to create manufacturing drawings, make needed adjustments and move the part toward production. This is especially useful for replacement components, legacy parts and applications where the original design data is incomplete or no longer available.
